LSEV USA Corp (“LSEV,” “we,” or “us”) is an online platform that provides rental service of non-medical mobility scooters and wheelchairs to general customers for non-medical use (the “Services”). LSEV respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and process your Personal Data when you use our Services, and outlines your rights and choices regarding your Personal Data. This policy applies to information collected by us through any means, including through our websites and our social media pages (collectively, “Sites”), from customers who lease our products, and from customers who obtain services from us.

Information You Provide to Us Directly

Leases and Rentals. If you lease our products, you will typically provide your name, telephone number, email address, equipment type, pick-up and return address, start and end date, payment information, billing address, lease history, and age. We use this information to provide you with a lease and may also use this information to create a customer profile for you to help us identify products, information, or services you may want or need.
Rental Equipment Quote. If you request a rental equipment quote, you will provide your name, telephone number, email address, pick-up and return address, and start and end dates. If provided, we will also collect any other information you submit to us.
Creating an Account. If you create an account through our website, you will provide your name and email address.
Promotions and Newsletter. By signing up for our promotions or newsletter, you provide your name, email address and telephone number, which we use to send product updates, news, and event information.
Contacting Us. When you contact us, we may collect your email address, phone number, and any additional information you provide. Calls may be recorded.
Product and Service Improvement. We may request survey feedback, collecting information like your age range, equipment preferences, and likelihood of recommending our services. This helps us improve our offerings.
Website and Online Services. We collect information from your browser (e.g., IP address, geolocation, browser history) to improve and secure our website and online services, and to detect and prevent unlawful activities.
Account and Relationship Management. We may use any or all of the information described in this section to service your account with us or to manage any contractual relationships we may have with you.

We do not request or collect any sensitive information about you (i.e., Personal Data specifying political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, or information pertaining to personal or intimate details of an individual’s life).

Information Indirectly Collected from You

Cookies & Similar Technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies to manage our Services, recognize you, and personalize your experience. You may block or remove cookies using your Internet browser’s settings. However, this may limit certain functionality on our Sites.
Do Not Track. This is a privacy setting that users can enable in certain web browsers. If turned on, this setting requests that websites do not track information about users. At this time, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser settings or signals.

Aggregated and De-Identified Information. We may share aggregate or de-identified Personal Data with our service providers and/or affiliated companies for marketing, advertising, research, or similar purposes.
Sharing of Personal Information: We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal information or mobile opt-in data to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Your information is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes you have agreed to. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties. Text messaging opt-in data is not shared with third parties.
Opting Out of Text Messages: You have the right to opt out of receiving text messages from LSEV at any time. To opt-out, you can reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us.
Consent and Opt-In: By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy. We ensure that your consent is obtained explicitly and that you are informed about the types of messages you will receive.

AGE RESTRICTION

Our Sites and our products are not directed to children under the age of 21. Further, we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 21. If you become aware that your child has provided personally identifiable information without your consent and/or is under the age of 21, please contact us at info@moooov.us. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Data from a child under the age of 21, we will take commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our records.

YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Data you provide to us. This section describes mechanisms we provide for you to control certain uses and disclosures of your information.

We cannot delete your Personal Data except by also deleting your account. DATA RETENTION AND DATA LIFECYCLE

We retain your Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes and criteria outlined in this Privacy Policy. When the Personal Data collected is no longer required by us, we and our Service Providers will perform the necessary procedures for destroying, deleting, erasing, or converting it into an anonymous form as permitted or required under applicable laws.
