LSEV USA Corp (“LSEV,” “we,” or “us”) is an online platform that provides rental service of non-medical mobility scooters and wheelchairs to general customers for non-medical use (the “Services”). LSEV respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.
This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and process your Personal Data when you use our Services, and outlines your rights and choices regarding your Personal Data. This policy applies to information collected by us through any means, including through our websites and our social media pages (collectively, “Sites”), from customers who lease our products, and from customers who obtain services from us.

Information You Provide to Us Directly

Leases and Rentals. If you lease our products, you will typically provide your name, telephone number, email address, equipment type, pick-up and return address, start and end date, payment information, billing address, lease history, and age. We use this information to provide you with a lease and may also use this information to create a customer profile for you to help us identify products, information, or services you may want or need.

Rental Equipment Quote. If you request a rental equipment quote, you will provide your name, telephone number, email address, pick-up and return address, and start and end dates. If provided, we will also collect any other information you submit to us.

Creating an Account. If you create an account through our website, you will provide your name and email address.

Promotions and Newsletter. By signing up for our promotions or newsletter, you provide your name, email address and telephone number, which we use to send product updates, news, and event information.

Contacting Us. When you contact us, we may collect your email address, phone number, and any additional information you provide. Calls may be recorded.

Product and Service Improvement. We may request survey feedback, collecting information like your age range, equipment preferences, and likelihood of recommending our services. This helps us improve our offerings.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties. Text messaging opt-in data is not shared with third parties.

Opting Out of Text Messages: You have the right to opt out of receiving text messages from LSEV at any time. To opt-out, you can reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us.

Consent and Opt-In: By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy. We ensure that your consent is obtained explicitly and that you are informed about the types of messages you will receive.

AGE RESTRICTION
Our Sites and our products are not directed to children under the age of 21. Further, we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 21.
